1. Who we are

PUCKOGO is an independent gaming entertainment brand. You can reach us at hello@puckogo.tv for any question about this policy or your information.

2. What we collect

Email address — only if you choose to join the flock list. That is the only field we ask for.
Order details — if you buy merch, our payment processor collects your name, shipping address, and payment information. We receive the order details and the shipping address. We never see or store your card number.
Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

3. Children’s privacy

PUCKOGO is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our signup form asks you to confirm you are 13 or older, and asks a parent or guardian to sign up on behalf of a younger child. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us.

4. How we use it

To send the emails you asked for, to fulfil and ship orders, to answer your messages, and to keep the site and the community safe. Nothing else.

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work: our email platform, our payment processor, our hosting provider, and our merch printer. Each one receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal information, ever.

6. Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment processor may set cookies on its own checkout pages to prevent fraud — that happens on their domain, under their policy.

7. Your choices

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information, or to tell you what we hold, by emailing hello@puckogo.tv. We respond within 30 days.

8. Other platforms

Twitch and any other platform we link to are separate services with their own privacy policies. What you do there is governed by their rules, not ours.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the update.
