1. Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be 13 or older to create an account, join the email list, or place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve any purchase.

2. Merchandise

Product images are illustrative; printed colours may vary slightly. Prices and availability can change without notice. Orders are confirmed only after payment clears. Unworn, unwashed items with a defect may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Contact hello@puckogo.tv to start an exchange.

3. Community conduct

Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, doxxing, spam, and attempts to contact minors privately are not permitted anywhere in our community. We remove content and ban accounts that break these rules, without notice and without refund of any membership fee.

4. Our content

The PUCKOGO name, logo, mascot artwork, and video content are our property. You may share links and short clips for commentary or reaction. You may not sell merchandise bearing our marks, use our branding to promote your own product, or present yourself as officially connected to us.

5. Third-party platforms

Twitch and the other platforms we link to are independent services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

6. Not affiliated with Epic Games

PUCKOGO is an independent entertainment brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
